These fun swivel hoop earrings are by Napier. The polished gold-tone earrings feature 5 concentric hoops that range from ½” to 1¾” in diameter and turn in different directions. The hoops hang from a polished gold-tone semi-circle. These earrings are marked NAPIER© on the hinged screw backs. They measure approximately 2¾” in length and are in excellent vintage condition.
